Spinning

Spinning is our most popular form of group exercise.  Spinning bikes can form part of your gym set-up, or we can design just a spinning studio for you, if a gym is not an option.

Spinning bikes can be stored out of the way when not in use, and are a relatively inexpensive and extremely effective form of cardiovascular exercise. Our spinning instructors offer a variety of classes which are both challenging and fun. The number of classes per week would depend on the company's requirements, normally we run 2 to 5 classes in a company per week.
