Pilates and YogaPilates and yoga are both excellent exercise disciplines for body toning, flexibility, mobility and concentration, especially valuable in combating the effects of stress. Both of these very popular exercise disciplines can be taught in a studio as part of your gym, or can be run on their own, if there is no gym.
The mats which are required for both Pilates and yoga can easily be stored out of the way when not in use, and are very inexpensive. Yoga and Pilates classes are normally done in smaller groups and therefore do not require a very large space. Our instructors are highly qualified and experienced and can offer any number of classes per week that the company requires.
